If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund, less shipping. You can return the product for up to 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Sorry, no exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, free of odours and stains, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for items being returned.

Returns

 To start a return, contact us at info@informedbyfaith.com . We will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the package is received, inspected, and approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns on:

- Products after the 14-day mark
- Items that have been washed, worn, and/or damaged by you
- Items with odours and/or stains
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items without the receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase
- Sale items, free gifts, promotional items, or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
