The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours...all from our Manchester, UK office.
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail. The shipping time is between 2 to 5 business days, but is usually delivered in 48 hours. Need it faster? Choose Royal Mail's Express Service at checkout. Tracking is provided for all orders.
All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail. The shipping is 7-10 business days or sooner. For US customers, we offer a premium 48-hour service with UPS. Tracking is provided for all orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return the product for up to 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Sorry, no exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, free of odours and stains, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for items being returned.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com . We will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the package is received, inspected, and approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns on:
- Products after the 14-day mark - Items that have been washed, worn, and/or damaged by you - Items with odours and/or stains - Items not in their original packaging - Items without the receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase - Sale items, free gifts, promotional items, or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
