Domestic Shipping
- All UK deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process, package, and ship your order. Note: we do not ship on weekends, public or bank holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered on Royal Mail’s website.
Worldwide Shipping
- We ship worldwide!
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/PO boxes.
- All international deliveries have two shipment options:
- Royal Mail: approx. delivery in 7-11 business days; trackable
- UPS: approx. delivery in 72 hours; trackable – premium service

- Custom, VAT, and Duty charges may apply upon delivery. Customers are responsible for all fees that are incurred during transit.
If Your Package is Lost, Delayed, or Damaged…
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Informed By Faith is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items once shipped. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
